Our Story

Molly is a love letter to Ireland, with warm, passionate hospitality at its core. Our name pays homage to legendary Irish folklore figure Molly Malone, who brought vibrancy to the streets of Dublin and came to symbolise hard work, resilience and heart. Her spirit reminds us of our mothers and our sisters, where everyone is welcome and looked after. 

The original Molly’s opened in Highgate in December 2023 and quickly became a Beaufort Street favourite. A true neighbourhood pub built on good company, proper Irish pub grub, live music, the finest pints of Guinness in town and events that bring people together.

The craic continues with a second venue in Victoria Park, carrying on the traditions of the original and welcoming a new neighbourhood into the fold.
